Program Summary

Low-risk individuals receive minimal case management designed to keep them from interacting with the criminal justice system, be held accountable, and make any victims of their actions whole through restitution. Moderate-risk individuals receive an increase in case management and have some behavior change strategies added to their conditions in addition to any conditions used with low-risk individuals. Individuals who complete this program receive the benefit of never having their case filed and dropped outright by the City Attorney’s Office.

Program Fee & Restitution

There is a $25 program fee for all participants and if you are a client who needs to make a restitution payment, please send a cashier’s check or money order (written out to JusticePoint) to 2300 Myrtle Ave Suite 160, St. Paul, MN 55114 or via Cash App at $JusticePoint1. Any of the above payment methods can be used for the program fee as well. Please make sure to write your full name legibly when making payments.

How to Prepare for Your Court Appearance

  • Know your court data, time, and location
  • Request off work if needed
  • Ensure you have transportation
  • Arrive at least 15 minutes early (give yourself time to get through security)
  • Be prepared for Security Screening (leave all weapons at home)
  • Dress appropriately
  • Bring any applicable paperwork
  • Ensure you have child care
