The Day Report Program provides for routine/random reporting and monitoring of participants through alcohol and drug testing, check-ins, and case management as needed. This program is intended to provide supervision and accountability to participants that are referred. Participants are referred through the courts as a Condition of Bond, Department of Corrections, District Attorney’s Office Diversion Program, or out-of-county agencies.
Assessments are completed to determine testing type and frequency as well as scheduling of case management sessions. Case management may consist of simple updates and information, referrals to other services, or use evidence-based case management techniques, Strategies for Effective Pretrial Supervision (STEPS), and Motivational Interviewing to further foster the trust relationship between the Case Manager and the program defendant.
The goal of the program is not treatment, but compliance with referral requests and increased probability of appearances on court dates.

The purpose of the Pretrial Supervision Program (PTSP) is monitor OWI defendant compliance with court ordered conditions through assessment, case management, supervision, and referral to community resources.
The goal of the program is to reduce recidivism of impaired driving. By participating in case management, AODA treatment, testing, and community referrals, clients with a successful discharge from the Pretrial Supervision Program may see benefit at sentencing such as reduced incarceration time.
Participants referred as a condition of bond will be given an assessment to determine testing type and frequency. This assessment will also determine scheduling of case management sessions.
The Post-Sentence Supervision Program (PSSP) provides intensive supervision to intervene and monitor client compliance with court-ordered conditions through assessment, case management, supervision, education, and referral to community resources.
Participants eligible for the program must have successfully participated in the Pretrial Supervision Program. The Post-Sentence Supervision Program is considered a continuation of the Pretrial Supervision Program and will assist with driver safety plan requirements, compliance with Ignition Interlock Devices, treatment services, chemical abstinence, and referrals to appropriate community resources.
