Pretrial Assessment & Jail Screening
The Pretrial Assessment & Screening program is responsible for screening and assessment of all arrestees booked into the Rock County Jail who are facing a bail setting decision. Utilizing the Public Safety Assessment (PSA) and a Decision-Making Framework (DMF), program staff complete a pretrial risk report to Court that aids in the bail decision made by system stakeholders.

Pretrial Supervision
Following the bail decision, participants may be ordered to pretrial supervision with conditions. The pretrial case manager is responsible for community monitoring and court reminders for those individuals. The case manager is responsible for making referrals for clients to resources that will guide them in successfully appearing for court hearings and minimizing short term recidivism likelihood.

- Arrive at least 15 minutes early (give yourself enough time to get through Security)
- Be prepared for Security Screening (leave all weapons at home)
