These courts focus on a specific type of offense as well as targeting individuals who are high risk and high need for re-offense in a life domain the court is designed to target. Examples include drug treatment, mental health, DUI/OWI, domestic violence, veterans, and family. JusticePoint provides a gamut of services for these court types ranging from consultation and program startup, to electronic monitoring, screening, assessment, case management, and program coordination. We also provide drug and alcohol testing as part of our full program package offerings. Problem-Solving Courts have shown the ability to reduce crime and affect real, positive change in the lives of people they serve.
